Changing an appointment
If you need to cancel or reschedule, contact us as early as possible so reserved shop time can be reopened. Any appointment-specific cancellation terms or deposits shown during Square booking will apply to that reservation.
Deposits and custom materials
Deposits may be required for services that reserve extended shop time or require special-order film, vinyl, upholstery, graphics or other materials. Once custom materials are ordered, produced or cut for a vehicle, the related amount may be non-refundable.
Service concerns
If something does not appear consistent with the approved service, contact us promptly and allow us to inspect the vehicle. When appropriate, our first remedy is an opportunity to correct the workmanship concern.
Completed services
Because detailing, protections and customizations services involve labor and vehicle-specific materials, completed and accepted work is generally not refundable. This does not limit any warranty or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Apparel purchases
Apparel size availability, fulfillment, returns and payment are handled through the checkout linked from our Store page. The terms displayed during that purchase control the order.
